The staff within this office is horrible! Please know that if anything happens in your life and you are unable to make your appointment, no empathy is shown. I had been sick since my appointment with the nutritionist last week. I showed up today for the virtual appointment, being courteous to the nutritionist and staff. Told the nutritionist I was sick, and I wanted to make sure she got credit for the visit, but I also wanted to make sure I did not get charged a $50 fee. Keep in mind I was told that there is a 48-hour cancellation period. The supervisor on duty refused to waive the fee. She finally waived it after having a debate with her and she refused services to me going forward. This is ridiculous. The staff has no empathy and really the appointments are robotic and not worth billing your insurance for. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this doctor's office. Not worth the time effort if you have a life event. They just want the extra money in fees along with what they bill your insurance. In addition, when they schedule your appointment, their appointment setter has a hard time remembering to check your time zone. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

The fact I been trying to make an appointment for almost a week due to the staff not answering me or answering me and then transferring just to not answer is ridiculous and so frustrating.
