They hire people who are completely unprofessional. Basically children who don’t seem to understand how to be professional and friendly. I used to be loyal. I will never go back to the store ever again. Go down the street to CANNABASKA. Their products is just as good, but their staff actually understands how to do the job.

WARNING: THIS BUSINESS CONDUCTS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I made an online purchase that totaled $34. Upon arriving the budtender informed me it is their policy is to not honor prices advertised on their site because "it was already on discount". Nowhere online was the product in mention labeled on sale and my coupon successfully processed online. If the product is not discountable, then why do you allow it to be discounted? Why is the customer paying for your company's mistakes? Unfortunate and scummy business practices.

I bought 7g and was only given 3.5g. They refuse to fix it and gave the excuse of "in this industry we can't give refunds once you go out the door" but I know for a fact they could have at least given me a discount on another purchase. They even said they pulled the product from the shelves. This was outright them just refusing to fix their own mistake for a very regular customer.

Edit: after I posted about it on my Instagram story, they reached out and are going to give me the rest of what I paid for.

Very friendly staff. Easy to order cause their multiple lists of all info needed. They have lots of free stickers. You can get few clothing items with their logos. My fiance has gotten few tees; even a special limited edition 1 from festival, next were getting a hat. Repeat Customer.
