I’ve been a member for over a year and the experience at each class is consistently good. Instructors teach at each students’ level. I’ve never felt embarrassed or pushed into going beyond a level that I’m comfortable with. Classes are on time and are taught according to description on the app. The front desk staff is warm knows everyone and makes me always feel welcomed. Equipment and maintenance of equipment is top notch. I would highly recommend LA Pilates to anyone any age any physical ability

I truly enjoy being a member at LA Pilates in Downey. I've been coming to the studio for almost two years now and I've had a great experience. I joined LA Pilates in 2019 and it has been the best exercise routine I have ever experienced for my physical fitness, mental health and my overall enjoyment in life. The changes I saw in myself were not overnight. During the first few sessions, my muscles were sore, and I thought I would not be able to keep up, but I reminded myself that Pilates was a positive exercise that even though I was in good pain, it also helped me relax and distress. Being consistent paid off and I soon started seeing changes in my body; I was stronger, longer, leaner and had a new sense of confidence and I lost some weight along the way. Another reason I love LA Pilates is that the class size is small; the studio allows for 10 students and the instructor. The instructors are all amazing and since the class size is small, they are able to provide individual attention. The instructors know everyone by their names and are very welcoming. Additionally, they have a variety of classes available and the prices are reasonable compared to other studios. Finally finding an exercise program that I enjoy has made it easier for me to make the commitment to keep up with exercising regularly.

LA pilates is truly a must for any level of your fitness journey. I can’t go a day without a workout. I have seen such a change physically and in only 3 months that I have been a member. The instructors are amazing! Veronica, Brenda, Melinda, Faira. Lulu- all incredible in their own unique way. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. My favorite club by far!

Wow, my experience, with Downey Pilates has been amazing, my instructor Veronica is the best, she keeps it 💯. It's always clean and sanitized. If you are bold and have nothing to do, you should come to check it out❤️
