This was a FANTASTIC experience. I've been a monthly massage patient (elsewhere) for years, but wanted to branch out and give energy healing a try. The entire appointment was relaxing, professional, enjoyable, stress-free, and I will be scheduling again before too much longer. I never tried reiki before and have wanted to for years. I finally gave it a try. I was afraid I wouldn't feel anything and wouldn't feel any benefit.

I am very pleasantly surprised at how helpful it was and how much it helped my mood. I felt warmth and tingling. I can also tell I have more work to do. I plan on going back in the coming weeks.

I recommend it highly. I think it helps going in to have the ability to relax and to pay attention to physical sensations and to not worry or be self-conscious.
