The therapists @ Alaska Integrative Health got it going on! Been there a few times and I’m impressed, they offer multiple massage therapy depending on what your needs are.

I recently went in because my neck was killing me when I turned right and left and was going on a business trip that required some long flights and then some activities during the meeting and didn’t want this neck issue bothering me the whole time.

Mel got my muscles all loosened up with a pin and rock technique and stretching and Lacie used Rolfing techniques to put my muscles and facia back in the right places. Neck was perfect the next day when I got to my meeting, I was so relieved to be feeling 100% at me meeting!
