A fantastic and fun place to learn martial arts! Our children are thoroughly enjoying themselves and the trainers are encouraging, friendly and professional. The location is also convenient with parking readily available.

No happy with the treatment the owner gave over the phone when called to confirm for class cancelation, need to show some patients and respect to the clients... And hear them out fully vs calling them as some one who accuses him...it is not best experience...i had to call off the conversation and request to meet in person to make this a smooth convo... if there is policy or contract then there is a nice way to mention that with a proper proof... that everyone is bond with 12 month contract with him and should request client to come and meet him in person... i'm surprised why he didn't mention this to us when we requested 3 times in person to reduce the class. that we are bonded with 12 month contract...vs impolitely calling it off over the phone...i'm ok with biding with the contract if i signed it... and there is proper proof... but not okay with the his approach.... will post my full story once i hear-back from the owner tomorrow.
