Alicia saves my life, because I am a very active person with scoliosis I require maintenance therapy and very few physical therapist understand what to do.

When I have acute injuries she always knows what to do. Manual therapy is the best.

Alicia’s Wellness Group is the best! Alicia does an incredible job of making the class accessible to people of all abilities. It’s impressive! Being able to watch the videos of the classes if you are unable to attend is a great option.

This class is amazing. She can tailor each exercise to our individual mobility to get the most out of the exercise and strengthen our weakness. It’s really fun and challenging. I have improved my mobility, endurance and strength and gained so much knowledge as to the how and why’s of what works and doesn’t. She includes nutrition and breathing, along with many other things that help us balance our overall health. She offers personal evaluations and coaching and brings in speakers in all areas of a healthy lifestyle. It’s an incredible service for a very reasonable price. I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to use her service.
