I recently decided to sign up and give this gym a try since it was in my neighborhood, and it was exclusively for women, and I’m so happy I did! I don’t typically like big crowds, especially in a gym setting, so this place was perfect for me! When I went in to sign up, they were having a class, and the staff and gym members that were there were so nice and welcoming.

Having 24 hour safe and secure access to the gym is a big plus for me and allows me to be able to fit working out in my schedule as it allows. The gym is equipped with everything you need to have an awesome workout session, and at the times I go, there isn’t more than a few people in at a time, which is a huge plus for me.

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve signed up, and I have found that I have been attending the gym more often than I normally would when I was with a larger commercial gym, and I feel like my work outs are more focused and efficient since I feel so comfortable in the space. It feels like my own home gym away from home!! You can really curate your work outs and experience to what you want or need. If you like group exercises and a community of women to work out with – they have that OR If you’re more into a more private, personal gym experience like myself, this gym has that too!! Really the best of both worlds. If you’re on the fence about joining, give the free trial a chance, you will be happy you did!

I really enjoyed coming here . Very basic machines for basic workouts. I would’ve stayed if it had more equipment for weight training but overall is a very friendly and comfortable gym to definitely get a nice workout.

I am so grateful for my membership here. I love the 24 hour access. I can work out with weights and jump on the treadmill whenever it's convenient for me.

I enjoy coming to Her365. For several years I attended the cardio line dancing and tabata classes. The gym is clean and well organized, and I like the fact that it is all women. Staff and the ladies that attend are friendly and respectful.

I have been a member of 365herfitness since it was Lady fitness. I missed a Year or two and when finally returned, after my work retirement, it is so much better, I think. I usually attend early mornings. When I joined, was still working and could only work out late evenings, and yes back then it was very clickish. Started back January 2018, to new owner, Marissa, new atmosphere, very clean. No signing boards, very much adult female atmosphere. This is definitely my me time.

I love my gym HER 365. The environment is welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the variety of classes. And I love the staff, Marissa and Dejah. Everyone is treated like family.

New owners, new look, and new equipment. I loved the Zumba class that Marissa teaches on Wednesday evening. I got 6,000 steps! I'm looking forward to using the Fitness on Demand classes for some variety.

I was a bit hesitant because of the hydraulic machines but they are perfect for someone just starting out or wanting a quick workout that is easy to follow.

The multiple body part cable machine is a great addition to take your workout to a higher level and the elliptical trainer (the one that starts at level 15 - WHAT?) make for an excellent workout.

I'm not one for resolutions so I am treating this like a little slice of my day that is JUST for me. I can use the dance floor to practice my tai chi and they have everything I need for stretching out these new hips (well, they are five years old now).

Overall, a space the is exclusively for women is exactly what I wanted so now the rest is up to me (right?).

A very welcoming supportive atmosphere for working out. Variety of music & different levels of exercising! A fun way of getting in shape regardless what classes you choose to do! Gym equipment also available to use. No intimidation..laugh & sweat away!
