Very knowledgeable instructors, especially Rima. You will leave feeling better than you came in! Pulse offers private Pilates as well as group classes. The studio is clean, beautiful, and has new top-of-the line (even custom built) Pilates equipment. Highly recommend.

This is a fabulous place. The owner / instructor is super positive, knowledgeable, passionate, and focused - all in one breath. Once you meet her you will know what I mean.

Came here 2x while on vacation with my family. One class was called Gentle Pilates. It was not easy but definitely had more specific and focused exercises. Loved both classes. You must try here

Rima is a joy and gift to Pilates loyal followers. She is the most knowledgeable instructor I've experienced (I did 2 private sessions with her over 7 days). She was very responsive and accommodating to me. I'm from out of town. East Bay CA retiring gal looking for other quality-of-life living options. She has my biz when I move to Sedona, no question. Pulse Pilates Fitness is the best facility in all of Sedona, I have visited many of the gyms and studios in Sedona Arizona and Pulse is simply the best. It is one of the few and by far the best Place to do Pilates and Rima Borgogni is an amazing pilates instructor!!! Her reformers are top of the line and are the smoothest pieces of equipment. Stop by for Pilates and other forms of fitness! You will thank yourself

My daughter loves pilates. When she came and visited Sedona - I just found this place while scrolling through my instagram and recommended it to her. She said she did a drop in and really loved it and that the teacher was really nice and knowledgable. She says she'll be going here again next time she's in town.
