Not sure if it’s in their job description but the store associates who dispense herbs routinely assume no herbal knowledge and patronizingly ask about credentials when you explain you know what you’re doing. Today a store associate basically demanded to know what I was planning to do with comfrey because she wanted so bad to impart herbal knowledge (which I already knew). Even asked me if I was a clinical herbalist and certified when I told them I was a herbalist. If I wanted to buy comfrey just to rub it across my forehead that’s literally my business 😂 Stop assuming people don’t know what they’re doing. Another time I went in and asked for 2oz of a few herbs, the lady dispensing my herbs was like “Are you sure? 2oz is a lot of herbs” like what? Are y’all okay at this store ? I go to Sacred Vibes Apothecary in Brooklyn and buy herbs all the time. I’ve never been questioned like I do at this store. I go because of the convenience but will stop and take my business elsewhere from now on.

I bought their sleep elixir. My husband and I both tried it for several nights. It did absolutely nothing for us. I asked to return it and they said I’d be charged 15% and had to pay for shipping. This company is bogus and their customer service stinks. Don’t bother with them
