One of my favorite places in the world. I was stressed from a new move and the ashwagandha root that was recommended is now part of my regular routine, it really down regulates my whole system. This place feels magical to me and I much rather go to an apothecary then take a pharmaceutical.

Being totally transparent my friend gifted her leftover products to me in hopes of making me a new customer. Overall I’m a healthy & happy human :: I consume a strict alkaline diet. I had the same reaction to the products ; especially the cleanse it upset my stomach. The ACV was too potent. The product was potentially flawed. I never leave feedback but after reading the passive aggressive email sent by this team I had to speak up. Kate is correct in saying the product was potentially flawed. Customers have a right to be unsatisfied with a companies products without being belittled for doing so. What’s sad is this is supposed to be a brand of healing :: apart of healing is accepting constructive feedback. Feedback is what makes brands better. I would not recommend this brand. It’s important to purchase healing products from those that are doing the work to become healthier humans not just from a herbal perspective but also from a spiritual standpoint. The response to Kate’s “opinion” says more about the brand than it does about Kate.

I had horrible periods due to fibroids. I started taking the womb cleanse and the other products in that line and now my periods are no longer painful and much lighter. I also got some valerian root for my insomnia and it worked wonders. This business is phenomenal.

This place never answers the phone. I went there the other day and purchased some drops called end endo that’s made for endometriosis. After using it as instructed starting off twice a day, I had the worst pain at night in my pelvis. Tried to call and discuss options and they don’t answer. Their no refund policy makes sense for situations like these where they just don’t give way for proper solution to a failed attempt at healing. This place is far from home and I travelled an hour to get there. I spent a lot of money there and would have at least liked to have some sort of communication regarding how to alleviate the issue I faced when trying their product. Endometriosis is a serious health condition and without proper consideration for the patient, things could get worse, if you’re posing as a holistic healing business I would expect more than just a “here use this, no refunds, read instructions” type of ordeal.

I was very pleased with my interactions with the staff. I have just recently started educating myself on herbal medicines and was hesitant to stop by but they made sure I understood exactly what I needed and what I should buy. They were very knowledgable and asked me plenty of question to help guide me in buying the correct products. I am 24 and have suffered from severe asthma my whole life but ive started drinking the tea suggested for the past 2 months and havent needed my inhaler once. So over joyed to have found a place that supply's herbs that actually work!
