Royal Beauty is really a professional aesthetic center. I have been here for many times. Doctor Zeng is very professional and famous in this area. The manger Jenny is a good consultant, who is very thoughtful and responsible for customers. She always listened what customers need and want. Every time she was so honest and patient. She would give you a specific and customized treatment for your concern. Unlike some irrespossible sales consultant，Jenny cared what I need and chose right products for my skin. I would continue with Royal Beauty.

Appointment people had really bad attitude. It was THEIR fault to not scheduled my appointment, and they said "there's no point to discuss who's fault, your next appointment is a month later, take it or not?" F them! Excuse my languages.

Was checked in by receptionist. Had a consultation with the doctor before the procedure. Laser Genesis procedure was performed by the nurse. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Facility was clean and aesthetically pleasing.

今天去看病的时候身体非常难受，忍受身体病痛的同时还要忍受前台的聒噪！在将近一个小时的时间里，她们一直在聊与工作无关的话题 玩笑逗趣！ 我不求她们能感同身受我的病痛 但是起码有点职业操守和尊重病人！

如果您是要找家庭医生，就千万不要去了！！！本身所谓的曾志医学博士，肯定不会给您看病的，他们都是聘请其他的人，挂着“曾志医学博士”的牌子！！！马马虎虎的，毫无经验，来回跑了好几趟，折腾半年，又是拍片又是吃药都没解决问题，最后自己网络查了查，才发现是他们医生开的药，所引起的药物副作用！！！害死人，医德和良心去哪里了！！！
