Excellent and knowlegable service. I went in looking for a neubulizer part that I needed expeditedly. I explained my issue of broken part and right away they offered me what I needed. Ms Sarah explained to me that I was missing a piece, besides being cracked. She offered me the replacement that I was looking for. In less than 10 minutes I was out. I decided to try this pharmacy. When I picked up my child’s prescription it was over $44 for 2 prescriptions. I asked if that was with insurance, the lady responded it was. I wasn’t given a prescription slip like my other pharmacy provides that tells me what the prescription is and what the insurance covered versus what I paid. I was given a receipt only. When I had the chance to review the receipt I noticed I was charged $29 for one of the prescriptions. We were prescribed a nasal spray and cough syrup. I never pay $29 for prescriptions. I called the pharmacy to ask what I was charged $29 for. They told me it was for the nasal spray. I asked if I could return it because I know 1 nasal spray does not cost $29. The owner Sanji spoke to me and said I could not return it. She said my insurance did not cover it but made them charge me that price. She said their over the counter price is $16 and she could refund me the difference but I would need to go in since they cannot allow returns since they have to throw it out. Why would they charge me $29, if their over the counter price is $16? Other pharmacies normally charge the store price if insurance doesn’t cover. I will not return to this pharmacy for poor pharmacy practices and poor customer service.

I had an excellent experience as a first time customer of El Centro Pharmacy. I needed a medication for my daughter and they “bent over” backwards to get it for us even though we were first time customers. It’s a small pharmacy however delivered way better service than some of the bigger pharmacies.
This pharmacy also offers delivery of medication. Although it only operates Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, I believe the delivery option sort of offsets the lack of extended hours except for the weekend. Just need to get a secure delivery box with an access code and share it with the pharmacy delivery person to protect against “porch pirates” I will be using them more often.

Honestly Kudos to this pharmacy for under promising and over delivering.

I was recommended this pharmacy by my doctor after having abysmal service at other locations. I've never had a problem here! They're diligent about contacting doctors' offices and insurance companies which makes a much appreciated difference. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming and they greet me and other customers by name! How nice is that!? 🙂

I've been going to this pharmacy for some years now. I have never had a better customer experience anywhere. Once a doctor prescribed a medication that I was allergic to, and they cought the error right away. Love the service, tha staff and the Pharmacist.❤️

Sangi is one of the rudest pharmacists you will ever have the displeasure to deal with. You have to fight to get your prescriptions and she tends to push her beliefs of when you should get your meds, instead of when your insurance says its covered and your doctor insists you get it now. Dealing with her was pure hell, I am so glad I left

I had bad experience 2 times, the two ladies I spoke to were not professional. There's a reason people take meds and that was not a good experience for me I only sent my prescription here because my doctor recommended me to them but no I'll just stick to cvs, thanks.
