It was the best thing I ever did. Vania was amazing. Going through the weight loss sometimes was not easy but she was great at getting me headed in the right direction. Very understanding. Love her! Vania is absolutely amazing! I didn't need to lose much weigh but she made the process easy. She is supportive and offers great advice. I have been going to her on and off for a couple years now and don't feel judged when I return because I fell off the wagon. She helps me get back on track.

The Ideal Protein method is great. It made losing weight much easier than trying to do it by myself because a lot of the meals throughout the day consist of their food or drinks. It took the guesswork and extra time out of the mix. It's been a great experience!
