Teresa, the mentor I chose and trusted while entering into age 70, navigating a faith expansion and closing a 50 yr eternal marriage. I was truely afraid. I wanted to rise not fall.My heart felt enclosed like in a metal box, I needed to heal it and be set free, which it has! She can see you as you cannot. She guided, supported and nurtured me 100% plus. Teresa has a great sense of humor. We laughed and cried. We discovered my triggers, resolved my shame thoughts, turned them into power and learned to love myself. I felt heard and seen. In my grief and anger she guided me thru situations which saved me from many mistakes. I'm able to recognize my fears and challenge them, to define my thoughts and values with divine guidance. Learned to forgive and trust. Worked daily on removing physical and emotional clutter. My heart is now open to give and receive love and light. Build new friendships. With her divinely guided leadership and knowledge in abundance, I'm on the path of CREATING my BEAUTIFUL NEW LIFE. To live it with purpose, peace and freedom.
