What a wonderful shop in the neighborhood, a hidden gem. The staff are super helpful and take the time to explain how certain products work. My preference is to try natural remedies v. pharmaceuticals and this store has a large variety of offerings.

First time using Kaya and very disapointed. Based on the website and reviews I was excited to purchase from them. It was over a week since I ordered online and no updates. I had to call and learn that an item was backordered/out of stock! NO ONE called to inform me of this nor did it show this online when I selected the product. This seemed like a reputable company and that I would get my products in a timely. NOPE!! I was in pain for over a week waiting. Very disappointed!

I love Kaya already and even more so after their kind staff saved me in a pinch with gift giving earlier this week. My schedule was hectic and I was able to place an order for a beautiful bundle for same day pick up. It was wrapped and ready to go when I dropped in between errands. Kaya is a great store. Cathleen and her team are knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a natural supplement to help with my sciatica and found it in the CBD/CBG salve. I felt relief with the first application. I bought a trial size and came back for more. I would definitely recommend it to others.
