I love this gym! I love the atmosphere, the people, the fact that it is not too big and you don't feel overwhelmed when you walk in, the classes are a good size as well as the schedule. Spencer and Tiffany are super encouraging, and I love the fact that they take the time to explain things. I love the workouts and how much I am pushed to become better and stronger and I am loving the results!

Prior to joining Stronger Together I was insecure, scared of the gym, and did now know how to workout. Since joining Stronger Together I have gain confidence, knowledge, and strength.
