Twelve years ago I had back surgery and was struggling with trying to get back in to my old fitness routine. That’s when I met and started to train with Andrew. He knows when to push me, how to push me, and always encourages me to push myself toward higher and more difficult goals. He has stuck with me off and on for twelve years! I think that I’m Andrew’s oldest (age wise) client. At my age, fitness and balance are more important than when I was younger as well as resistance training to ward off osteoporosis.

Andrew is also amazing with his macro nutrient knowledge. I watch so many people around me struggling with their weight, endlessly trying to find the magic bullet. Counting macros is like putting a healthy puzzle together. Using this formula, my weight hasn’t varied more than 10 pounds in 10 years.
