I'm new to Kingman, but not new to the work of Chiropractic care! I was in sever back pain today. The young girl told me, over the phone. I could not be seen for 2 weeks. She didn't mention I could be seen as a traveler! I took a chance an walked in the office. I was in so much pain it hurt to breath. Then she said we will see you. Dr Ryan was a God sent , I was able to walk out sore but not in agony. The other ladies at the desk were awesome. The lady in red scrub put a warm compress to my extremely painful area in my mid- back. The lady with the pretty silver hair got me in. So thankful, I could not have waited 2 more weeks. I would recommend this office to any & everyone. I've been under Chiropractic care for 35 yrs.after being T Bone in a sever accident. I had an enclosed head injury that left me with our memory of the accident until later. Medical doctors told me, the damage to my back & neck was permanet, after being in back & neck braces for 7 months. They said I'd never work as a nurse again 35yrs ago. I recently retired with 42 yrs. experience.I've Open a Gamma Knife Department worked every area available of the hospital except the morgue! Worked 12-16 hr.shifts etc..Maybe I did get a bit of brain damage, that was never resolved doing all that!

Horrible!!! Claimed the insurance turned me down even though THEY called me to make an appointment i would not have gone to the trouble of arranging a ride if i didn't have authorization! What would be the point of me going? Young woman at the front desk extremely rude practically threw my ID back at me if i could give them less than one star i would terrible way to run a business

I had acute sciatic pain was able to be seen quickly. Office staff was friendly and helpful, doctor answered all my questions and explained treatment plan completely.
My pain was diminished greatly after 1st visit.
I'm pleased with my experience.

Use the facility for DOT physicals. Never have an issue. They have quick appointments and service. I would recommend them.

My husband went to see Kingman Chiropractic, and told them he needed a referal from the insurance company but his primary care had a 4 month waiting time .. they told him not to worry they would take care of it, and then set up the times to come in at a price of $20.00 plus $15.00 for the ultra sound they do. He had 5 visits and now owe an extra $80.00 beyond the $35.00 I paid for each visit .. turns out others who have Humana have had the same experience .. the billing person was rude, and had no intention of admitting they had ever told him they would take care of it, and told him Humana just recently changed their policy which was and is untrue (They never requested a referal and that was the problem) .. We have filed a complaint with the insurance company. I honestly don't think it's the Chiropractor, it's the billing dept who doesn't do their job and then bills the people .. she told us they had billed others for this same thing and they didn't complain .. many people get intimidated by these billing folks .. We don't and they were wrong and simple laziness caused this problem .. had they called the insurance company, as they said they would, the insurance would have excepted the referal and we wouldn't be paying $80.00 .. He will never go back to Kingman Chiropractic on Lucille Ave. in Kingman, Az. because it's obvious what they say upfront is not likely to be what they will do when it comes time to pay.
