Questionable business practices. Seems main purpose is retention of accounts, rather than implementation of policies that would otherwise be compliant with state requirements. Facilities are given false good grades even when policies are not being followed. When a facility does not approve the grade, they get rid of the dietitian by literally ghosting them by taking away all their accounts and cutting off all contact until they quit. Despicable

They don’t know how to present a HEALTHY diet. Everything has high carbs and sugar….noodles, rice , potatoes, cream sauces, etc.
