Kelsea is amazing! I am no spring chicken so she takes the time that I need to get the most out of her sessions. She is a stickler on form, which I really appreciate. I do not want to hurt myself and I want the time and energy I spend on the workouts to produce results. And it has produced results! I feel and look stronger and have gotten many compliments. On top of all this, she is so fun to work with! Very easy to talk to. We laugh a lot!! I highly recommend her to anyone of any age or gender!

Kelsea is the best trainer I have ever had. She is so motivational and energetic and helpful. She really knows her stuff and is very serious about training. I will be getting back together hopefully as soon as I balance my work school home life .

Kelsea is the best, she is very knowledgeable in all things fitness. I have been working with her for several months and it is so nice to have someone hold me accountable on my fitness journey. The online training has been very convenient as a Mom I don’t need to get ready to go anywhere I can just workout in the garage. Don’t think twice, hire this girl now you won’t regret it!
