The daycare center slide is not a safe place for any child. The owner removed the play structure after it fell apart and caused injury to my child. I asked the owner for a recording of what happened. I was told the camera in the child care room doesn't work. Be careful when leaving your child in there.

The room is not staffed, and they don't charge for child care. There's no alarm of any kind on the door. There's a no food or drink sign on the door, but don't be surprised to find food wrappers and chips on the ground.

I am a Silver Sneakers member and attend their class on Monday and Friday. Teressa does a good job teaching and is fun to attend her classes.
I also attend the line dancing classes on Tuesday and Thursday with Robin. She is a great teacher with a lot of patience. The class is 1-2 hours long, depending on how involved you want to be.

This little gym is pretty good. They do have a lot of different things. The only downside is because they have a lot of different things and because the gym small, some of the stuff is too close together. Otherwise than this, BHC health is pretty good. The staff are wonderful, and it's not crowded most of the time. They also have a few classes.

Highly recommend this gym. The people are great and the equipment is well stocked and in good condition. Dumbbells up through the low-mid 100s, plenty of barbells and variations. A set of atlas stones even. Bikes, treadmills, stairs, etc for cardio. Plenty of machines for anyone into those as well.

Great equipment, not busy so actually can use the equipment! They have alot of squat racks, and rigs for pull ups, Dips, rope climbs ect. everything you would need for Crossfit type workouts. Also offer many classes

This gym by FAR is the best gym in Bullhead City!!! From the equipment, to the classes, the staff & instructors.... the list could go on. Try this place out. You won't regret it. ( this a not a paid review either.)
