I truly enjoyed my experience with TRose Wellness. Tisha was a wonderful support system. I truly enjoyed my one on one sessions along with the group sessions. Each session allowed to reflect on the week and speak on both the positive and the negative that you encountered. Then you were able to reset knowing Mrs. Rose would checking before the next session to see how things were going. I enjoyed the pray at the beginning and end of each session. I would recommend TRose Wellness if you are looking for someone that truly understands and cares for your well-being.
