I love this place so much I low key don’t want nobody to know. It’s real chill laid back in the cut. You don’t deal with the Primadonna’s and all the models who want attention. Don’t deal with guys flexing in the mirror just people wanting to train and get strong. Lots of huge PR in the gym. Only come if you are serious about lifting.

Been going to workharder for almost 2 years now and no other gym compares. They have all the equipment you could need, specialized bars, and all the plates you could need (bumper, kg, and regular plates). What really sets it apart from the rest is the staff. Connor (one of the owners) knew my name within a week of me going there and now we regularly play games of mancala after my workout; what other gym could you say that about? The rest of the small group of staff are the same and manage to do all that while giving group classes, one on one coaching, and keeping the gym clean. I could go on and on about how great WorkHarder is but you can’t understand until you come check it out.

Dropped into this location while visiting family and was pleasantly surprised! The gym is smaller in comparison to some of the other gyms, but I love small private gyms because you are able to establish closer bonds and get assistance if needed. The gym was clean, organized, with a thoughtful layout. Please make sure to read the rules!!!
Perfect for people who love strength training, power lifting. There are not many cardio machines but again more geared towards strength training. The owners were very helpful and offered a tour of the gym and to assist with any machine that I did not know how to use. I didn't need the help but was appreciative of customer service! So glad that I found this hidden gem/"gym"!!!!

The attention to detail and level of professionalism in this gym is through the roof. The staff is knowledgeable, the building is spotless no matter what time of day you walk in, and the culture they have created is unlike any other gym I have been around in the United States. Can’t say enough good things about WH!

I absolutely love it. The staff is so nice, the equipment is well maintained with plenty of specialized bars for different types of lifters, and a wonderful atmosphere. I recommend this place to everyone.

Moved to Little Rock and was looking for a new gym to train at. Could not recommend this place enough! Clean, great equipment, turf area, and the culture is incredible! Love this place.

We love this place. Fiancé and I are moving back to the area and aren't sure where we are going to be moving so haven't wanted to commit to a gym membership anywhere yet, so their day passes ($5) have been clutch. Their equipment is solid and the layout is done well. The staff has been nice and after the 3rd visit they started greeting us by name. Great locally owned place. As long as we don't move more than like 10 miles away, this will be our new gym home.
