I go through Elevate for my yearly renewals, it's so easy and quick. For extra they even offer to do my paperwork for me. Ive never needed that service, but I'm glad it is there for those who need it or if I ever need it in the future. The doctor I spoke with was quick, knowledgeable and thorough. Unless I find something cheaper (yeah right! Lol) I will definitely be using them again next year just like this year and last year...

Been with elevate for 3 years and everything was easy to do. Got a free coupon this year and didn’t have to pay anything but for state. The price is cheaper than any doctor I’ve been to… I’m giving a 11 out of 10!!!!

i had my appt the dr changed my allotment decreased it by 5 oz and didnt even tell me had to find out myself, she upped it to 12 but i was at 15 last certification. how can you change a patients allotment and not discuss it with them I only gave one star because you have to give something in order to leave review. I would not recommend this place no matter how much you save
