I just wrapped up the 6-week training and all I can say is that it was life changing! The amount of effort and love that Kaci and Emily poured into it is evident. They walked me through everything I needed to learn and know to plan, create, and execute a workshop. They made themselves available to answer any questions I had during the entirety of the 6 weeks. Not only did they teach me skills, they also poured their love and support into each group member to lift us up and make us confident to move forward and run our own trainings.

I just completed my 6 week coaches training with Academic & Wellness Coaching. I feel like I have grown so much over these last 6 weeks that I almost don’t remember who I used to be. The care, resources, and encouragement that I received through this program kick started this new confidence I have in myself. Not only did KC and Emily help me create a training workshop that I am proud of, but the space they held for me allowed me to complete many other projects I had been sitting on in my life (launching my website, creating an Etsy shop, starting a nutrition and workout program to name a few… all of this happened in 6 weeks…I can still barely believe it!)

Heart is at the center of everything that KC and Emily create through AWC. I know as a coach in training, I have never felt more acknowledged for the specific skills I can bring to a space. I am sure that level of care extends through every program available at AWC.

This was one of the best investments I have ever made in myself.
