Nikki is truly an amazing woman and knowledgeable coach! She brings SCV not only a welcoming space for athletes of all fitness levels but also offers a space for prenatal, and postpartum women to exercise and heal safely. Through guided methods of functional fitness, mindfulness, and exercise, Nikki assists her clients in finding their strength in any stage of motherhood.

I had the pleasure of working with her through 3 pregnancy and postpartum journeys. Without her help, my body never would’ve healed as well as it did nor as quickly.

I recommend birthfit to all of my postpartum patients not only for the physical benefits but also for the mental—in birthfit you not only get to bring your new little babe but you also build community with fellow mothers going through various stages of motherhood too!
