Haley is extremely easy to work with. Never once did Haley make me feel like a major lifestyle change was necessary to improve my diet. She would provide many options to meet protein, fat, and carb goals. My work schedule requires me to be away from home and she was able to help me put together a meal plan that allowed me to stay consistent with my fitness goals. I meet Haley at the beginning of the year and I have learn so much from her. She is amazing! So much communication. I loved the fact that she checks with you throughout the week making sure that goals are meet. When I was confused on something I could easily get a hold of her and ask. The way Haley explains everything is just so easy to understand. The app I used was so helpful and I got the hang of it. Also when it came to a cheat meal she was super understanding and I was comfortable enough to tell her. I highly recommend Haley she is very professional and you can tell she loves doing what she does.

Haley is such a valuable and knowledgeable resource in the realm of nutrition! She recently provided our community health staff with a training on intuitive eating and it was excellent. Working with Haley is amazing. She works with you so you can HAVE a diet, not be on a diet. I have had amazing results working with Haley and have learned so much about properly fueling my body. Haley is everything you want in a dietitian. She is on top of her business, quick to respond, ahead of things, attentive to detail.
