I did a month long program with Inge at Wishing Wellness to help me get my diet and exercise on track. I’m not one that has a lot of self-control/willpower. I’ve failed miserably many times. She has a way to do small steps to make things actually STICK. Her techniques and ability to understand how I specifically work and provide me with tools that are specific to my needs to help me succeed are absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Inge is one of those people who personifies goodness and love. I love being around her because her I feel I’m assuming some of her essence. Before Covid I had a fixed massage appointment with Inge. It was the highlight of my week. Inge is an amazing healer. She has expanded her business to include a variety of wellness treatments and programs. I have been a client of Inge for 15+ years when she first introduced me to pilates and yoga at Johnson Ranch following lower back surgery. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and technically proficient and I still use those skills that she taught me today. More importantly, she has a genuine concern for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well being of her clients. She has great intuitive insight which allows her to tailor the particular care plan with ancillary treatments to build strength and agility for the future and integrate bits of mind/spirit advice. When we were unable to have in person sessions she made me videos so that I could continue my exercises at home. I am relatively pain free and in good health and I attribute a good part of that to Inge's training and guidance.

Inge is so gifted!! I’ve played sports since I was 6 years old. Now 34 and my body truly hates me, but it loves when Inge uses her amazing skill set. I’ve had many massage therapists, sports injury specialists, and chiropractors over the year but none have ever been so in tune to the body as she is. I know when I lay on her table I’m going to get the treatment my body desperately needs.
