Hannah Freeman

Kate is absolutely phenomenal at making a safe space for you to be yourself. A lot of us tend to walk around with an invisible mask that conceals parts of ourselves because we’re scared to show it. I know I do sometimes. But Kate creates an environment that is safe, friendly, and non-judgmental. Whenever I’m with her, I can take off the mask and be myself, even if it’s just for a couple hours. Overall, she’s fantastic and so wonderful to be around!!

Our time with Kate has been extremely beneficial. She has been very helpful in teaching my son learn new techniques to help him with his anxiety. She is kind and compassionate, and makes you feel at ease. Kate was my teacher in highschool, now my coach and will always be one of my closest friends. I feel like I’m a completely different person now than I was even just a year ago. Over the years she’s taught me to not only create a peaceful life for myself but also how to bring peace to those around me. I was nervous to begin, but Kate really talked with me and helped me find my grounding. We set an intention for what I wanted to get out of the experience and therefore found our mantra! We used that in between our Breathwork. It’s awesome because she introduced me to two new Breathwork exercises! They were challenging at times but ultimately fulfilling. My favorite parts had to be how she set the diffuser and music up, the use of pressure points in the beginning, and the continuous guidance through the experience! At the end of the session I felt so calm, so light, and immediately knew it was well worth my time. I definitely recommend!

5 years ago I met this incredibly strong woman and I had no idea what I was in for. I struggled with a lot including self harm, illness, low self esteem as well as traumatic events that followed. She helped me move forward in many ways with her skills and mostly her heart. She helped me see what I can become and worked with me through it all providing amazing insight and tools I can use throughout my life to Thrive!
