Wonderful and welcoming Yoga studio in a beautiful location! Not at all intimidating, the instructor offered pose variations for every body. I could tell that everyone felt at ease throughout the class. The Flow class that I attended was the perfect intensity: not too easy and not too hard. My 65 year old mom and I both felt great afterward. I highly recommend giving this studio a try!

I absolutely love this yoga studio in Apple Valley! I have attended a variety of classes from vinyasa flow to restorative yoga and Thai Chi. All were marvelous. I also have attended their Kundalini meditation which was a very unique and refreshing experience. Every class has been professional and exceeded my expectations. There is a very warm and welcomingfeeling here, you will be made to feel like family. I have found my happy place and I look forward to attending classes here for years to come. Thank you Beth for nurturing Peaceful Warrior studios and sharing it with all of us!

Absolutely adore this quaint studio. It’s the type of place where you see the same people over and over and they become your friends, a real community feel. I attended multiple classes here throughout a three week stay in the area. I’ve been working through grief and every single class has both a mental and physical benefit. My favorite class was actually the Tai Chi which surprised me as it was my first time attending (I mainly do yoga and boxing for workouts). Classes are very accessible for all levels and class sizes are small so you get plenty of access to the instructors. The owner is so kind and welcoming - I felt a part of the community there from my first class!

I've been to over 10+ yoga studios in the SoCal area, and this one is one of the most authentic and inclusive studios I've been to. A variety of styles and teachers, who are super dedicated and unique. Highly recommend for anyone. All are welcome here 🙂
