Briana is an excellent and enthusiastic trainer! She is super helpful with tips and tricks to help make the nutrition easier and much more enjoyable! I love that she works hard to make sure I am making better choices while not entirely restricting! The workouts are programmed to help hit the areas you are focusing on while also doing getting a full body workout! The team training is fun! And I love the accountability in the programs!

I didn’t intend to enroll. I was just peeking. They charged $3. I called and explained what happened and they said they would cancel the charge. This morning they took an additional $35. I tried contacting them but got no answer.
I feel this is a scam.
