I recently asked my mother to buy a Clickmate pod refill from a specific store, but unfortunately, she had a bad experience. The store engaged in unfair practices by selling her a single pod for an inflated price of $27, even though replacement pods are usually sold in a two-pack for $30. Also, the pod she received didn't have a barcode, which makes me think it was a loose pod that he just sold to her. It seems like my mother's limited knowledge of vaping products may have been taken advantage of in this transaction. To avoid similar situations, I highly recommend doing thorough research and understanding the market value of products before making purchases.

The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. This is a great place to go for your incense, sage, ritual items. They have vape kits, kratom, glass blown pipes in all different shapes, sizes, various glass pieces, connectors, silicone holders, pokers, storage, lighters, containers and much more that I haven't listed.

Owner/manager is not friendly or helpful in more than one occasion. Stopped in on my lunch break one day. She told me they were out of vapes. Employee said they had them, she just didn’t want to onbox them. Employees are great though, otherwise it’d be one star.

The owner is so informative, very very clean, like so clean you wanna sleep in there and just smell the freshness clean. She's very attentive but gives you time and space to browse around and see what you like. Store has a large collection so many things to see. It's like one, if not, the ONLY favorite store of mine in Juneau. On two separate trips with my husband we've bought fours things from her (bongs and pipes galore!) and we plan to purchase more. Quality is exceptional and great service, highly recommend.

I bought a Vape here out of necessity and returned to buy juice. They will not sell you an individual coil they will only sell you six months worth of coils at a time. The Vape juice is very limited but mostly made for the smaller vapes even though they only sell larger vapes. So essentially if you just need a coil in a little bit of juice you have to spend $100 in the store in order to be able to get a coil because you have to buy an entire pack and their juice is roughly 400% more expensive than buying online so do yourself a favor and just buy your stuff online.

Do NOT buy puff bars from this place! Just spent 25$ for a puff bar that didn’t work which I returned after stepping a foot outside to test it. To find out it was leaking and not working at all. They replaced it with another broken one who can I opened at the counter and showed them. I asked to pay the difference to get another brand and they refused and said I would have to buy another one at full price?! Horrible customer service and should take responsibility for selling bad products and not take advantage of customers who are there supporting their business!!!
