I love Activate Fitness! The coaches and owners are so good about holding you accountable and helping you reach your goals. They cheer you on as you work to teach said goals but if you start slacking they are understanding that life happens but they also don’t accept excuses and encourage you to get back to it and just try your best! Also, their gyms pretty clean which is nice.

Four years in and this is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The gym Motto is “They won’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care!” This happens everyday in this Community. Yes,Community and it is awesome! Everyone is supportive, encouraging and takes this journey with you. All of this positive energy begins with the for owners and Carrie’s forth through all the wonderful coaches. This is the place you want to spend your gym time everyday!!!

I couldn't imagine a better overall environment to workout in. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful - they help you push yourself every day while making sure you are doing each movement correct and to the best of your ability. They look out for you! The people I work out with in my class are awesome, too. I look forward to seeing them in the mornings. It's a great place that I would highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and wellbeing - and who wouldn't mind making a few new friends!

This gym is more than a gym, they are family. They truly care about you and helping you achieve your goals. Activate has the best coaches around who are professional, skilled and eager to help. You won’t regret walking through those doors! The first 15 minutes into my first workout I knew this was my home. Any one can do any of the workouts. I know I was scared I wouldn’t be able to do certain movements at first but quickly learned there is a scaled option for every single movement. Best part is you get 3 free sessions. Go try out your sessions for free and fall in love with this gym.
