I started seeing her in January 2024 to help reduce the scarring on my face and improve its texture. Fast forward a year, and my skin has transformed in ways I never thought possible. The results speak for themselves in the pictures!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Crista. I have always loved acupuncture and have seen many people over the years. No one is as good as Crista. She is so well versed in her medicine and truly creates a relaxing and healing environment. Her knowledge of the body allows you to fully trust her and let any of your thoughts go. Plus, a huge bonus is that she cups, massages, and helps with skin care, as well as creates her own "potions" so that her guests have the cleanest ingredients. Crista is part of not only my self care routine, but my "will die without her" routine. I work long long hours and honestly don't think I would survive without her.

TLDR: Caring, Hilarious, Effective!

Firstly, where Crista is located at Spa Wasted is so cute and nice. Plenty of parking and easy to get to! Crista makes me feel heard and cared for. She listens intently and asked a lot of questions during intake to really understand my unique situation (chronic dizziness and hip pain are our main objectives currently). As this was my first experience with acupuncture, she made me feel really comfortable while explaining most of what she was doing. Also she is hilarious and personable, almost like chatting with an old friend! She gave me great suggestions/coaching for increased efficacy through some minor diet changes. All in all, I am already starting to see some improvement in my pain and dizziness. Thanks Crista! So excited to see the continued progress.

Crista is awesome! I had never had acupuncture before and Crista made sure that I was comfortable and let me know everything she was doing. I feel completely safe in her hands and have already started to see results from treatment. The fact that she does cupping and Tui-na massage as well is a huge bonus.
