Years ago I had seen Shelly with tendinitis in my arm so badly to the point I could not wrap my hand around the steering wheel of my car on the drive to her office in Plano. She treated me for only one hour and when I left I had movement back in my arm!! Fast forward 10 years later, I remembered her when my BF Jeffrey complained of chronic back pain even though he just had back surgery in May. We went to see Shelly, this time in Richardson. Since this was a chronic issue we went 2x a week for 5 weeks and now my Bf is completely pain free!!! In addition she treated him with cooked herbal drinks and he has noticed more energy, productivity, and better mood. Also when we first saw Shelly he had large purple spots on his lower legs due to blocked circulation after major knee surgery. After drinking the herbal formulas He’s seen those spots lighten dramatically and turn pink! Shelly is truly a gifted, very special Healer. She can look at you and intuitively diagnose what the root cause of your problem is. We feel lucky to have found her and are so grateful to her helping us!!!

Shelley has been my go to health practitioner for nearly 30 years. I have sent a zillion people to her over the years and all reported back that they had excellent results. There are so many things I love about her - really too many to mention. She is an RN as well. She knows what she can and can't do for her patients. If she sees something that could be more serious than you thought, she will advise you to have your MD run the tests and will not touch you til you do. If your problem can only be solved by surgery, she will advise you of that too. She was the one who told me I was pregnant, just days into the pregnancy. If friends or family couldn't conceive, she made it possible for them to do so, even one who had seven failed in vitro procedures!! She made me a tea for immunity so I didn't get full blown sick during my pregnancy, treated me pregnant albeit differently, but it was just an amazingly awesome pregnancy due to her. Then just any time I need anything, like smashing my hand and I couldn't move it. She worked tirelessly to help me and the next day I was back in action! An MD would have told me to rest it, gave me prescriptions and I'd been off work for days if not a week, it was amazing!! I literally go years without seeing her, because she doesn't string you along. She tells you what you need, delivers it & off you go. Now some issues have taken 2 or 3 months to resolve, so not everything is instant, but if you do what you need to do on your end, what she says it will take, will be accurate with few exceptions. If you fail on your end - that's on you. And I've done that a time or two - lol. No one in this world cares for her patients more than Shelley, she is a very rare find.

after a freak accident and extensive surgery on my right foot I was left with CRPS, limited mobility and unable to walk any distance. For 2 years I had tried everything,,,,then I found miss Shelley. I am now walking 3 miles a day, and enjoying many of the activities I was unable to do after surgery. She is a true healer

Dr. Tsai is amazing - I didn’t believed in Accupunture, nor its healing effects, until now. It amazes me how this really works - helps with ones experiencing Insomnia, allergies, and muscle strains. What interests me the most is that she’s able to see your symptoms before mentioning, by looking at your tongue. I, now, go weekly- since she accepts medical insurance! Thank you doctor for helping me!
