Rochelle is the best and she deeply cares about her patients and our needs. Her calm personality combined with the peaceful place is the best combination.

You must go see Rochelle! She is the best. Her empathy and expertise are unmatched. I've seen her for sports injuries, general wellness, cupping, and for prenatal -- all treatments with excellent outcomes.

I can tell you that I was nervous about the needles, since the image that comes to mind is a flu-shot needle, but the needles are tiny and you don't even see them unless you want to look!

Each visit Rochelle asks specifically "What should we focus on today?" and tailors the treatment for the very best results. I'm active and always have an ailment or two, and she has helped treat my hurt shoulder, piriformis injury, and recently my tight hip. Not to mention her general wellness treatments are so relaxing.

I was having mid back and neck pain due to a muscle spasm that started while practicing yoga. Rachelle was able to alleviate 80 percent of my pain in one visit by using a combination of acupuncture, cupping, and infrared heat. She also gave me a few herbs that helped to calm down the inflammation and relax the musculature.
