AKtive Body is my favorite place I have ever worked out. The gym is small, and personable. Everybody remembers you, and they want you to succeed. If you need help with anything, all you have to do is ask. Recently, I required surgery, and they suspended my membership for a few months for me while I was in the hospital and recovering. It doesn’t get much better than that. Plus you can buy great walking or running shoes right upstairs.

I love this gym. I joined after finishing physical therapy at Body in Balance Physical therapy...which is also awesome. I love that it’s a small gym, but has everything I need for my workouts. The staff are friendly, and it fits in well will the atmosphere of downtown Palmer.

I've been doing the class Stronger Longer with Nate and I've never felt better. It's the perfect class is you work full time. He works hard with you to keep you informed on the best way to take care of yourself from sleeping to good habits in the morning.

Ben is phenomenal and really listens to his clients. He customizes exercises and food for each person and what their goals are. I am recovering from a c-section and I was blown away by his knowledge related to maternity!
