Holly has a amazing gift! I am so grateful that we have someone like her in Homer! After my total hysterectomy, I had horrible back pain and jaw pain, after my first appointment with her I got in my car and said to myself "wow"! My life has changed in so many ways since my first appointment with Holly. I was referred by my good friend Her words were, do not get surgery till you see Holly!
My first visit was to address a shoulder injury from a snowmachine accident.
I was scheduled for surgery 2 months later. It has now been 10 months I am no longer a weekly patient of Holly’s and I feel excellent. She not only addressed my shoulder injury, She has addressed my whole body. Holly is a true Healer and an amazing Physical Therapist. This therapy is a therapy that I have referred all my friends and family to. It’s life changing! My Husband and our 17 year
old athletic daughter have also become patients and I plan to schedule a appointment for our 14 year old that is also athletic. I only wish this type of therapy was available on the west coast as so many people are missing out not having this available to them.

Where to begin with Holly and all she does at Alaska Pt+wellness? As soon as you walk in you feel calm and relaxed. The office is a peaceful place. Holly herself is confident, professional, and assuring. I went in for postpartum treatment, and though her methods are soft and gentle, she gets the job done. My pain and alignment issues were addressed and on the way to healing after the first visit. She is thorough and listens to all my concerns. I love when she explains how The body works together and what she is doing to help that process. She even finds the misaligned places I don’t tell her about! She is good! Highly recommended. Deserves way more than five stars.

Holly is incredible. Moving to a small town in Alaska from Seattle, I was worried about finding really talented body workers, but I hit the jackpot with Holly. Since I got pregnant earlier this year, I've been seeing Holly weekly, and she's almost single-handedly gotten me through the pregnancy; she is so knowledgeable of body mechanics, and in an hour can make night and day of difference; we had one session where she recorded my walk before we started, and again when we finished, and my gait completely changed after she worked her magic. I can't recommend Holly highly enough; she is warm, confident, incredibly professional , and she legitimately invests in her patients. If I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would.

I have suffered from neck and back problems for most of my adult life. I am currently 66. I have tried many modalities of treatment. Most worked for the moment or masked my symptoms, they didn’t address the base problem. I was referred to Holly by my functional medicine doctor.

When I arrived at the office, the waiting area was soft, comfortable and welcoming. Holly explained the process and what to expect. The treatment was very gentle. Not at all what I expected. I was used to chiropractic with jerking motions. The next morning when I awakened I felt as though Id gone to the gym for a workout. My muscles were sore, but not debilitatingly sore. I have to date had 3 sessions with Holly and my symptoms have been greatly reduced. I am once again able to do yoga (one of my loves in life) and walk upright without pain.

After a full spinal fusion and a few years of PT I found Holly and haven’t looked back! It’s truly been a life changing experience for me. I have less pain, more energy and range of motion I haven’t had in years. With the vast improvement I am now able to manage the minimal pain I do have. I highly recommend Holly.
