I come to this store A LOT. Unless there's a huge sale, I feel like for the most part, prices are pretty much the same amongst the available grocery stores in the area. What keeps me coming back to this specific Albertsons in Eastvale is the customer service. The cashiers and grocery baggers who smile and ask how I'm doing. The stocked shelves. The young ladies I see sweeping the floors throughout the day. The friendly people stocking fresh produce. I've always had great experiences with the deli, bakery, and meat department. This store just seems like a well oiled machine, with customer service as a top priority. Yesterday I spoke with Nathan, a manager at the customer service desk. I was looking for something that showed available in store, but I couldn't find it. He promptly ran to the back and found it for me. Just one more example of the level of customer service I receive on a regular basis from the employees in this store. Kudos to this team - Albertsons is lucky to have you.

I shop here most of the time since it's close. It's very clean great selections. Awesome coupons. I just got a 30pk of toilet paper for free from using coupons and stacking the points.

I highly suggest you get the app. I get free food, free household items and a lower gas price because of it.

The workers in the bakery and deli are terrific. I work at Roosevelt HS and explained how we didn't have enough mashed potatoes, but I didn't know how I'd warm them up. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. I appreciate you guys so much, thank you.

I shop at albertsons almost every day because it’s convenient but all too often the line at a checkout is 6 deep. Today I went to buy things and stopped for chicken tenders. The woman minding the counter was too busy flouring chicken to wait on me. I’m a senior with a painful tendon damage on my foot. The woman didn’t look at me but said “I will be right with you” so I waited patiently. The woman kept breading the chicken one piece at a time and very slowly. Finally I hurt too much to do this any longer and left. I don’t know what type of managers are being hired but “customer service is not in Albertsons vocabulary. I have no confidence that this will be addressed so I will be going to stater bros where they treat you better!

What I love about Albertsons is the variety of things they have in their stores. I give them high ranks for their fresh flowers section-beautiful! Staff very friendly even at 10pm. Also great prices for flowers.

It’s a good store, but sometimes the gift cards I buy doesn’t work
