Our instructor was Kevin, and I learned more from him than any other BLS instructor I’ve had in the past! He breaks down the info in very understandable ways, makes the class fun, uses visuals which is how I learn, and he has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this course!!

I needed the BLS certificate since mine expired so i signed up, the process was very easy and fast, they sent me confirmation email right away and also confirmed it by calling. Our instructor Kevin was very good, provided high quality material and hands on practice and he made it fun. I would highly recommend this class.

Mr. Thompson was an excellent instructor, and I am incredibly grateful to have taken this course with him! He was enthusiastic, patient, and did a wonderful job engaging with the whole class while still providing individual attention to each student to make sure everyone was on the same page. The course was informative and thorough, even though it had to be virtual, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking CPR training/certification or renewal!

Very knowledgeable instruction that make the courses easy to understand and make you confident to be able to perform what was taught throughout the course outside of a classroom setting. When I had questions regarding the course the staff got back to be VERY quickly and answered my questions clearly. I will continue to take my courses through this association. Both Kristine Teodoro, Maribeth Cuesta helped answered my questions and did it in a kind and professional matter. I hope when renewal comes around I get Kevin Thompson again as my instructor again, he was very knowledgeable, professional and taught clearly , making it easy to understand and elaborated if we had questions. As an instructor he made sure we became knowledgeable and comfortable with applying the course outside of this class. Thank you everyone for exceeding my expectations!

I was not able to do my BLS here due to school regulations on in-person skills assessments, and the company + Kevin Thompson responded SO FAST!!! They immediately refunded me and there were no issues. Thank you for the help and hopefully I will be able to renew my BLS with y'all soon!
