I hired Josiah as my personal trainer because I was very inconsistent with my diet and workouts. I needed a coach to keep me accountable and help me reach my goals by tracking my progress. The two biggest ways Josiah helped as my personal trainer was through  his workout & nutrition guidance. I had been trying to build muscle for quite some time but could never seem to see any progress. He showed me how much I needed to eat and how I was not eating enough before working with him. For the working out part, Josiah was always available to give tips and replies right away if I needed anything. I can ask for a tip on a workout and I am confident he will always give me good insight. Since training with Josiah I’ve had comments from friends that hadn’t seen me in a while saying that I look much bigger which is great to hear.

I would like to thank Josiah for all the support and coaching. I am more confident than I was before, I have managed to be on route to my dream body because of his coaching and coaching aside, he is a great human being with a lot of empathy. Josiah is an excellent fitness coach & covered all expectations for what I wanted in a coach. Before I worked with him I did not understand what meals to eat, what exercises work and which didn’t and more importantly I felt lost on how to achieve them. He created an attainable and efficient meal plan, a good workout routine, and explained each exercise in an organized and simple to understand manner.

I started Josiah’s training program because I wanted to lean down and also build some muscle. The whole experience was great, from the weekly education video series to the daily advice. Loved it all! Sets up a great foundation for a more fit life! I now feel better, look better, & understand nutrition much better. I also learned how to put on weight and muscle and how to cut weight and fat while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. Over all fantastic coach and will help you reach your goals!

I hired Josiah as my personal trainer to get into shape before my wedding in 8 months. This is the most consistency I’ve had in the gym in a decade & I’m actually doing it and love and feel how good it works. Previously I was doing the same old thing expecting different and new results.  The Nutrition plan Josiah created was easy to set up & his weekly check ins really wake me up if I ever find myself getting of course. He also came up with new and unique ways of overcoming my mental beliefs and obstacles that I held to be true. I’m excited to see what’s to come as I get ready for my wedding.

I feel way better after Josiah’s training program! I haven’t been consistent these last few months cause I’m not living next to my gym anymore. But the compliments I got were insane. When I posted my progress to my social media my DMs flooded with people complimenting, asking what I was doing ect. I felt amazing on vacation on the beach, even though I hate to admit it vanity is a huge thing for me so just walking and getting admiring stares. I also love to dance when I go out with friends and having a fit body makes dance moves look a lot better lol. Overall Josiah’s training program is great. Getting in and out of the gym in less than an hour and seeing incredible results is exactly what I needed in my life.

I absolutely love working with Josiah. I’m always excited to read his responses to my weekly check-in with suggestions, new workouts and lots of support. He has been so flexible, adjusting workouts and macro plans that fit my life and optimize results. Josiah is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve tried a lot! He is supportive, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. It is so encouraging to feel as if your trainer is as invested in your success as you are.

I had previously been in shape and loved working out but nothing that I used to do was working anymore. I had become increasingly frustrated and felt I was forever chasing the number on the scale and seeing no physical changes with the workouts I was doing. As a postmenopausal woman I struggled to figure out what to do to get the results I want at this point in my life.

Through 4 months of working with Josiah I have learned how to eat to fuel the workouts I am doing. I now appreciate eating nutrient dense foods without eliminating any one food group from my diet (CARBS!). I have lost pounds and inches, I see tons of muscle that I couldn’t previously see. I have learned how to workout for less hours each week and see results. I have learned that if I “slip up” I can easily get right back on track.
