Just had my second session with Angel Mahnke Holistic Health today. Her space has the perfect vibe for relaxation. The massage table felt like getting under snuggly sheets at the end of a long day - perfect for allowing tense muscles to uncoil themselves in preparation for the massage. The hot stones felt amazing; Angel's knowledge of reflexology is immediately apparent when she works on your feet, as it was so easy for me to feel the work she was doing in different parts of my body, in response to what she worked on. She makes sure that the pressure, the music, the lotion, the scents - all of it - is your preference, and she remembers this after the first session. The use of tuning forks for the vibrational work with the body was especially fascinating, and I appreciated the energy work she did on parts of my body that were in pain. Angel is incredibly talented, and her mixed modality offers so much. Definitely look forward to my next visit!

I wish I had taken pictures, but I was so relaxed I could do nothing. I had the one hour with hot rocks, full body. Serene music and relaxing space. I’m not usually into being touched, but I felt completely at ease, even in my nakie! I had trouble with my shoulder and neck for MONTHS, and haven’t had any since my session with Angel. 10/10
