The Spiritual Life Coaching sessions with Dominica at Aponi are an experience that everyone should try in their life. My main goal for this session was to focus on what I wanted to do in my next steps of life and how to organize them. The meditations and tools are helpful and can be used in your daily life. Meditating helps me reflect and helps me remember who I am. The writing and visualization tools helped me be organized and create my plans. My favorite visualization was when Dominica took me to the grassy fields. I could actually feel the soft grass and the soil on my feet! In this visualization I sowed the seeds of what I wanted to do in life and then let the Universe take care of the details. Dominica also taught me how to organize my thoughts and ideas and how to prioritize them in my writing. Using these tools made me feel peaceful and put my mind to ease. It was humbling and eye opening to have a guide to help you realize/remember who you are and why you are. Dominica guided me on how I can use what I already know and take charge of my life and get what I want. These sessions reminded me that all the answers that I seek are within me.
Aponi’s New moon circles are a great way to have a sense of community. It feels comforting to be in the presence of people who have similar mindsets and are on their journeys to enlightenment as well. When attending the new moon circles I feel very comfortable and open. I can talk about ideas about life and I feel heard and not judged. Together we meditate, journal , share and even have card readings! My favorite part is having my cards read. I love getting affirmations in my cards and getting a sign from the universe on what I do well and what I need to improve on. I feel rejuvenated, refreshed and motivated after attending a moon circle! You will too! If you have had a feeling of needing or wanting something more in life Aponi Soul is the way to go. All it takes is that first call, first new moon circle and first step towards your enlightened journey. Go Aponi Soul.
