I developed chronic TMJ in pandemic, most mornings I would wake up with a sore jaw, tight neck and shoulders and by 2 pm most days I could not talk or eat, I used to be in excruciating pain by evening that would start in my left jaw and radiate all the way down my left side of the back, arm and neck. I first thought it was a dental issue and after using the night guards I was daily taking Iboprufen. I went to a 3 dental specialist , got 2 TMJ appliances that I would wear at night to prevent grinding my teeth and also was prescribed muscle relaxants by my primary doctor. After 4 years of in and out of doctors offices, and even other accupuncturists and Chiros, I came across applied health while I was doing my own research online. I have to be honest , I felt the chronic pain had a taken a toll on me emotionally and physically by then and I thought I would live with it forever.

In my first few visits with Jully, I learnt about my back, and how years of sleeping on a soft mattress had affected my neck and back. My posture was poor.
I religiously went to all my appts, followed through all the recommendations she made and I can tell you finally after just 3 months I can say I am beginning to see the light at the end of tunnel. I am able to be pain free, not take painkillers any more and it’s a condition I have learnt to navigate.

healer for my body. I Brought my husband in as well for his neck pain and he also found relief.

It’s a family owned practice, by appts .they are very quick in responding via email. I have never felt rushed, they have taken their time educating me on how I can take my health back in my hands and I can tell they have a genuine interest in helping people feel better. It’s a wonderful practice and I am thankful for them.

Dr. Jully and the staff at applied natural medical have been nothing but the best. From explaining the why behind the pain you are enduring and helping you with a roadmap to getting back to normal. This place is amazing for overall health and wellness.
I usually come for electroacupuncture and chiropractor services but have also got a pillow fitted for my chronic neck pain and herbal medicine.
All of the staff (family owned and operated) are very attentive and are able to treat my whole family within the same appointment timeframe.
During my initial consultation I received a lot of insight into food preparation, diet, etc. All very useful information.

I have suffered from chronic migraines for about 20 years, I have been on every medication possible. I can say that yes, changing my diet helped but only partially. After coming to clinic I feel better to know that the cause for my migraines have been due to neck and back issues. With due diligence I scheduled a consult with a chiropractor and came to clinic shortly after, they both shared the same issues with me about where the issues were in my spine but Applied Natural Health has the added acupuncture and aggressive manipulation of the chiropractic treatments were something my friends in healthcare persuaded me against. I saw Jully and within a short span of time I was able to do things I hadn’t been able to do in years, like carry my daughter, go for a run, and even avoid painkillers. I am now able to discern when a potential headache and migraine will come on with her help as she’s talked me through symptoms to look for when my spine is out of alignment. I have full faith in treatment as I know what it’s done for me, I can say this has been one of the most pivotal parts of my health improving.
