Started my daughter at just over a year old. At 2 years old, so about a year of classes, she swims like a fish. All I can say is trust the process! I cannot recommend this place enough. Jocelyn and Amanda have been her instructors, and they are amazing.

My review is mainly for the swimming instructor. His name is Kyle, I just want to say thank you for your patience and kindness with my son. Andrew! He is very happy to have you as his trainer😊

I’m giving the 1 stars only because I like the instructor, I would give ZERO for the manager or whoever she is the blonde lady in the front desk! My kid was literally crying today, he had a meltdown because she changed his instructor, I asked her many times please please put him back with the same one as she was there with other kids but she kept saying no I can’t!! Although both instructor have the same number of kids in the class & they were both same level but she just wanted to give me a hard time!! She even never tried to talk to my kid or convince him, he was crying in tears begging for his same instructor but she was just standing there smiling in a mean way!! She even didn’t ask the instructor to talk to my child & try to calm him down or convince him, kids needed that!! I don’t know how such people are allowed to be working with kids!!

This is long due. Teachers are ok some are very new some experienced burt I want to focus on their staff and manager Christi.. really horrible frustrating experience with scheduling or rescheduling. They don't answer phones then why to have a phone line All comm via texts not user friendly. They are rude , mean and not friendly at all ppl all who handle front desk. I am done with these ppl never bringing kids back again. Frustrated!!

We have been coming to Aquatic Zone for about 2 years. To say that we appreciate the dedication, consistency, and care they have shown towards our family would be an understatement.

My son had a bad case of "stranger danger" and wouldn't let anyone teach or work with him. Ms. Jennie not only helped him with swimming but we attribute his personal growth to her as well.

Our respective mothers also worked away their fear of water with AZ's staff members.

I hope that they continue to stay an integral part of the IE community.

I really like it here. My daughter has been going to swim lessons here for the past 5 months. The three instructors she's had have all been awesome.

I brought my 2 yr daughter here and did the parent and child class together and she loved the class and the teacher. The teacher was very patient with us and kept the class fun for her. Once she turned 3 she moved up to a class without me and she seemed to do even better just listening to the teacher with out me in the pool. The chat response is very fast if needing to cancel a class, change a class or add a make up class. All the staff is friendly and helpful and is definitely recommended bringing your kids here! Plus the amount of classes and time frames they have is unbeatable!
