I have been going here for therapy for several months now and the staff, environment, patient experience and convenience of Arctic Physical Therapy has been excellent . The therapists (I see Aubrey) are professional and extremely well informed about the latest protocols and best practices. They go off island regularly to stay current and learn new practices; and they are great about educating patients on their progress. Especially for an elderly veteran who has multiple issues, it seems like my therapist really listens and maximizes the time and then offers lots of ideas for home exercises to facilitate my recovery, and to do everything possible for me to safely resume normal activities. Her professionalism and depth of knowledge (she teaches also at the local college) never ceases to amaze me. In addition, Emily and Gabby at the front desk have always been very helpful whenever I have had any questions or needed to reschedule. They greet you with a smile so I find Arctic Physical Therapy to be a welcoming provider and it is always clean, they just did a major interior facelift and I really like that.
I would recommend this practice to anyone of any age or treatment scenario - really excellent place.
