Have been coming here for years. It's been so exciting to see the practice grow and flourish. Those who work at the front desk are incredible - so helpful when re-scheduling - they make it a breeze. Everything is extremely tidy and clean. And there are 3 very talented acupuncturists to choose from. Can't go wrong with any of them! Also the views of the mountains and city hall from some of the rooms are so beautiful and add to the relaxing atmosphere.

Tamryn and her staff are true gems. They've created a haven of peaceful energy and they provide real results. I have had about six pelvic acupuncture and bodywork sessions with Tamryn, and my hip pain has gone from a 10 down to a 2 in just a few sessions. This was pain that I had put up with for over a year, and it's truly amazing to feel more fluidity of movement. I'm also sleeping better than ever and my digestion has improved. Tamryn truly listens and checks in to see where my body is at with each session, and I feel so safe in her hands. She has taught me to listen to my body and has demystified so much for me. Tamryn is a wonder! I came to her about a year ago looking for a good acupuncturist and left feeling restored and rejuvenated. I found this place while I was actually on the hunt for a good masseuse. I found out they did acupuncture and had been wanting to explore acupuncture for some time. I had injured my rotator cuff last year I wanted to aid in the long term strengthening and recovery. I've been going to Nirada for acupuncture treatments these last several weeks and I have to say I really think she does stellar work. I leave feeling like I've been touched by an Angel! I love this place and would highly recommend Nirada to anyone wanting to explore acupuncture.

Tamryn is one of the best health practitioners I have ever found. She is an excellent listener and communicator. I didn't even know how tense I was until I walked away after a great massage feeling light as air. She gives spa-quality massages and I have had relaxing acupuncture as well. Her office is conveniently located in Old Town Pasadena. I couldn't recommend Artemisia more. Treat yourself.
