This is the most uplifting group of women I have ever been around. The “lockdown” was difficult on all of us, however, Atagol got me through with positivity, movement, exercise, nutrition advice, fresh air, and confirmation that I was staying healthy both mentally and physically.

Julie, the owner, and her knowledgeable staff inform, encourage, educate, and push us to obtain an optimal balance in our lives. After two years with this community, I have experienced less pain, more endurance and muscle definition.

Whatever your level of fitness, Julie listens, offers modifications, and helps put you on a path to your best self.
