I am so grateful to find a wonderful place like Athreya Ayurvedic. I have been struggling with eczema and digestive issues. I thought there was no hope for me left. Regular doctors only want to give me steroids and medication that cures the SYMPTOMS. I took an introductory Ayurvedic class Nov. 2022 offered by the yoga studio that I been practicing yoga for a few years, I felt in love with this ancient health system, and subsequently one of my yoga teachers from the studio shared Vaidya Jay's clinic in Long Beach, I had been under his care since Feb. 2023, my health, body and mind were in such chaotic state when I had my 1st appointment with Vaidya Jay, and I thought I was dying, but with Vaidya Jay's kind guidance and the Ayurvedic presciptions he prescribed ( daily detox tea, dandelion+varies vegetables shakes, herbal pills, also life style and dietary changes) , I began to feel peace and better with each session, and I feel so grateful that I found a wonderful healer.
